Strange Beeping nose

I just put a new(to me) motherboard in my computer. I am trying to get everything back to normal after reinstalling win xp to my hard drive. There is a constant beeping nose coming out of my speakers and I can't figure out what it is? Any Help?

This is off topic. And people will answer quicker here. But thanks anyway.
It is coming from my speakers, but it is a noise that sounds like it should come from the mobo speaker.
