Strange Asus P4P800 Deluxe behavior

I have an Asus P4P800 Deluxe with BIOS 1016. I have a Deleron 320 and 330, playing around with overclocking. I have the AGP/PCI set to 66/33 in BIOS, but I'm not sure it is working properly. I seem to recall seeing some info about a FSB "hole" in some boards, perhaps mine has it. I haven't tested in 1MHz increments, but have tested in 10MHz increments. I get similar results with both CPUs.

These are the FSB that will POST with the CPUs:
133FSB is default
140FSB works
150FSB works
160FSB doesn't work
170FSB doesn't work
180FSB doesn't work
190FSB doesn't work
200FSB works
210FSB works (with Deleron 320 only)
220FSB works (with Deleron 320 only)

Any thoughts? Though my Deleron 320 is really happy, my Deleron 330 is not stable at 4GHz (200FSB) and will not POST in between 3GHz and 4GHz.
 
Can't help really on that one. Here the Celerond 320 boots from 100 to almost 230 without a problem with 5Mhz increments ( on the P4P800 Deluxe and on the P4C800 Deluxe ).

The FSB Hole

The motherboards that use an AMI Bios (most particularly the Asus P4C800 Deluxe) are running into a problem that's been called the "FSB Hole."

What this means is that in a range from about 165 to around 200MHz FSB, motherboards will either not boot, or not work stably. It's not a matter of CPU or RAM, because people who were able to run at considerably higher FSBs with older boards have run into this problem.

This is not something you want to have with a 133MHz FSB CPU.
Haha, that's EXACTLY what I encounter with my P4P800 Deluxe. Mine, problem starts somewhere between 150-160MHz FSB and doesn't end until an even 200MHz. Didn't do much good for my Deleron 330 chip that wasn't stable at 4GHz. I'd try it out in my Abit IS7, but don't feel like tearing apart my "main" rig just to test the Deleron.
