I just put on some new AS5 on my processor today and now when I boot up I my mobo doesn't seem to post right away, at least the screen doesn't come on. It just starts doing the high/low beeping for a few seconds, but then proceeds to boot normally. I have gotten it to boot a few times without any problem, and clearing CMOS will allow a normal boot for the first boot, but then the beeping problem will happen on subsequent boots. Any ideas?

Update
I had a chance to try some more things before I left for work this morning and now it seems that the problem is a bit random. The PC seems to always be ok when it is softbooting. Hardbooting will sometimes produce the error, sometimes not. When it does, the PC just beeps for about 10s before (I think...) restarting and booting normally. When the beeping happens, there is no display. I've tried booting to the XP login then shutting down as well as logging in to XP then shutting down. The PC was working normally when I left. All soft/hard boots were normal, but I hadn't even changed any settings, so I expect the problem will come up again when I get home. Any ideas?

ALSO, I put a 9500 Pro in my system last week, but I didn't start having this problem until yesterday.

Alpha PAL8045. Heat doesn't seem to be a problem, as the temp is only in the high 30s. I think what is happening is that the PC is rebooting after a few seconds of beeping and that it boots succesfully then.

I played around with BIOS settings a bit more last night and it seems to work ok with my FSB set to 100 (the default if I clear the BIOS), but putting it up to the correct setting of 133 causes the problems.
