Strange 3dMark Problems

Hey guys. I've been lurking around the forums for a few months now. Put together a new pc; i7 920, 6 gigs ram, xfx 5850 hooked up to a u2410 and my old nec fe700. Whenever I run 3dmark everything runs smooth, but inbetween the tests my monitor acts like it's lost a connection and does a weird colorful and gray banding. If I turn my monitor off and back on everything is ok, but it will do the same thing for the next test. I actually got through the tests and got what I believe is a normal score ~17000.

Checked around a bit and couldn't find anything talking about this.

Just to note. I've been running this computer since about October and just got the 2410 about 2 months ago. I haven't had any problems what so ever with games. Also running 10.2 cats.
