Stovetop BBQ grill the same as cooking on a propane grill?

My casino is giving away a Stovetop BBQ grill.
Google says something similar to the pic.

How close is it like cooking on a Webber propane grill on your deck?

Just want to see if it's worth my time making 1hr trip.

I have one of those dohickeys for grilling Korean bbq. I use it on a butane stove. not the same thing as your propane grill since that has a lid.

Also means you won't get those nice crispies from the fat flaring off over an open flame.
