My friend's mother is the Infection Control Nurse for San Joaquin County in Northern California. Anyways, she told me of a man who had genital lice. Thinking he'd treat it himself, he sprayed Raid down there... he develop gangrene on his unit and it fell off. Just wanted you all to know. True story.
