I can't find the 2nd and 3rd articles, but the 2nd article talks about how too many people are trying to feed the bears and it will be putting them at risk. The 3rd article says that because people were feeding them, they wandered to the highway and the mother was killed by a semi. The bear cub was taken to the Winnipeg Zoo.
Just a note: The bear isn't an albino as they first thought. It's just light colored and is getting darker.
