I would imagine it would be 2-3-2-5: 1T. I know OCZ Technology makes 2 gig kits that ran at that (as I currently own a pair; and thats what their rated at, granted I did have to set them to that in my BIOS).

This is the current pair I have now and been running fine for almost 3 years.
