Store Credit Card Question? What do you think ??

I need a suit so I was at Filenes yesterday. They are having a sale and if I get they card I get an additional $70.00 of the total price. Price of the suite with alterations would be $400 something with alterations but after their card it can come down to $306.

I don't have a Filenes Charge card and I don't know if its worth taking a hit on my Credit just so that I can save some money.

What do you credit guru's think? Would it be aweful if I opened an account and closed it 6months down the road ?

For a savings of $94 go for it. Just pay it all off in the first month.

Yep.

It would be an inquiry on your credit report but for a savings of $94 it's worth every penny. I would have done it.
