Storage Space nuked...

Hello,

I had a RAID 5-style Storage Space. 3x Reds. I no longer needed the array and took two drives and built a RAID-1-type Storage Space on a different system.

A year later I add the third Red drive as an external backup.

Storage Spaces sees that the new external is part of a broken RAID-5 array. In oder to use the drive, I tell it to delete the RAID-5.

Sure to delete? Yes. "formatting..."

Ouch! he deletes the RAID 5 _and_ the RAID 1. (seriously ??? #@$%@#$%!)

So, question. Any way to restore that formatted and dissolved array? If not, what is the best way to retrieve the deleted files? I have bought EaseUS Date Recovery and he seems to find all files, but for the vast majority, he does not restore the original directory tree, which is a HUGE pain.
