Stop saying "my email address is capital A...blah blah"

I'm going to give you guys a capital BACKHAND 😀

Anyway, I just got off the phone with a guy that spent 2 AGONIZING MINUTES spelling out his email address when it could have been done in 3 seconds. He had a mixture of capital and lower case letters all through it and said he thought it would help spam proof him. He was heartbroken when I told him that email addresses aren't case sensitive.

Maybe his mail server is an old *nix box with case sensitivity?

i have to tell people my email address is a capital 'L' since it looks like an 'I' when in all lowercase...

Well, that's OK then. You get a pass 🙂

Ask any senior citizen for their email address 🙂

i dont know a senior citizen that has a computer let alone an email addy

I support 20000 of 'em, and I swear that every FREAKIN one does this. Also, Incredimail seems to market to senior citizens. Seems like all of them use it (and break it).
