Stop prompting me to install!

I'm at work with limited account privileges. I cannot install software, but I can adjust a few settings in IE6. Is there a way to stop these messages about downloading macromedia flash and/or other programs? Downloading and installing is not an option.
 
Unchecking "Enable Install On Demand" in the Advanced tab of Internet Options should take care of it.
 
I thought the same thing, Nohr, which is why it's unchecked... though I still receive the annoying messages.
