Stop NAV 2004 Scan on Fridays??

This is stupid and does not happen on my other systems. I have one system where NAV 2004 runs a complete scan of my system at 8 PM every Friday evening...bad if I am burning DVD's, etc. I have looked everywhere and can not stop it. Even in System Works my sched. is blank. It says I can disable it in the NAV Scan for Viruses pane, but it, too is blank.

Anyone know where this is located and how do I stop it!

Go to "scheduled tasks" and remove the instructions to scan Norton.

I will try. To be sure I have it correct, where is Schedualed Tasks? I see one in NAV but do not see a delete. I created a scan to start Last Friday and told it to run weekly 'til Monday, Feb 14th. Maybe that willl work?

Open Norton Antivirus 2004, click Scan for viruses, and see the symbol to the right of Scan my computer? There ya go

Yup, that is the one where there was nothing. So I created one with Friday at 8PM and now have it expire tomorrow. Perhaps that will work.
