Yeah, so I go to this D&D's on my way to work and have been getting the same thing for the last 2 years: Medium french vanilla black extra sugar. Now the same people always work during the weekday mornings and know what coffee to make me without having to tell them, I just walk in and once they recognize me it's put on their little 'coffee queue'. But lately (throughout October) they've been screwing up my coffee such as putting creme in it, giving me little to no sugar, or even mixing it up with that horrible vanilla spice flavor and I have no idea until I'm on the road when I start drinking it. So I started checking before I left the place and caught it twice as of last month, but then it seemed like they wised up and got it right for the next few weeks.

So what happens today.. they give me vanilla spice AGAIN! The one day I decide only to smell it on my way out (spice smells like french vanilla) and they've gone back to their brain dead ways. Look, I'm very cool with them and we have a good thing going when there's a line of people and I'm trying to get to work faster, but if you're going to second guess my usual coffee.. just ASK! I can't even ask for it anymore, they're already working on it before I'm next in line. This is the only D&D that's not too out of the way on my route so I can't go somewhere else, and at this point I would, but these people are giving new meaning to fvcking up a cup of coffee.. this coffee-lax rant has been brought to you by BV.

Cliffs:
1. D&D started to mess up my usual coffee.
2. I caught them a few times on my way out and thought it would stop.
3. Today it happened again and I'm angrily choking down this vanilla spice crap while ranting.
 
So your angry because they can't remember what your usual is every time? Just start reminding them then.
 
Referring to dunkin donuts as D&Ds sounds incredibly nerdy... I rolled a 33 and critical hit the cashier with some silver and a greenback.

That's the point, by the time I get to the counter it's already made. I've told them twice they got it wrong last month which is reminder enough don't you think? Oh, and half the population of Philadelphia calls it D&D's, so don't blame me blame the subdivision.. I don't see how it would be "nerdy" though, perhaps you're a Fourbucks Coffee fanatic?
 
Start ordering two or three different coffees in a random rotation. Then they'll have to wait until you order it at the counter.
 
D&D seems to hire the most intellectually inept morons on the face of the earth. I have to watch them like a hawk if I order anything other coffee...

Going through the drive-thru is even worse. Quick example, my wife and I carpool to work. I drop her off then head to my job. Sometimes we swing through D&D's drive-thru. Every single time I get a medium light and sweet and a cinnamon stick (since they brought it back), my wife gets an orange juice and a sandwich of sorts. They ALWAYS leave at least one item out and screw up the sandwich (adding cheese when my wife hates cheese, incorrect meat, incorrect bread). heck, they've even screwed up which single donut she's ordered.
 
Ohmygosh, the people at Dunkin Donuts here are idiots, I wouldn't assume they remember me or my order ever. Really they work at "D&D" not more than a notch higher than MCD's my friend & they work there for a reason...get the drift. Not usually the brightest pencils in the box. Relax..get a capp/coffee machine for your your home for the holidays, XMas is coming put it on the list.. the Necafe thing is great. Then make your own until it is perfect, then drive off to your lil cubbie and chill out!!!!!

You're confusing the kids of today with all this flavor BS. It's not just coffee mind you........ Have you noticed the last 2-3 years with the addition of all the new variations/flavors of Soda/Pop/Energy drinks?

It's only going to get worse. **LOL**
