Stop Message under WinXP

9.1GB Quantum Atlas 10KII 10K rpm U160 Drive

80GB Western Digital 7200rpm ATA100 drive
Toshiba 6702B CD Rom Drive
Plextor 24/10/40 CDRW
430watt Enermax PSU
Many case fans


I keep getting this error under WinXP:

I NEVER got any errors like this under Win2K. An Win98se has never hiccupped either.

I canot disable ACPI, nor do I think i should have to since the other OSes worked fine with it. Any ideas?
