any computer that anyone buys will be outdated in a few months no matter when it was bought. so, if those are the specs you wanted at the price you were comfortable with then go for it.
 
get a seagate 7200.10 320gb for ~90-100.
i think you can get that card for cheaper, or wait for a hotdeal for a ~$200 card.
