Stop landscape mode when i lay my phone flat?

Android 10.
I only want to stop landscape mode when I lay my phone down flat.
(Not turn off auto rotate)

Is that possible?

Open the Settings app on your Android device to access the accessibility features.
Select Accessibility from the list in the Settings app.
The toggle switch should now be set to Off in the Interaction controls section by scrolling down and choosing Auto-rotate screen.

I have resigned to turn off auto rotate.

Fortunately, it's easy to turn it back on with my phone.
It's next to the airplane mode icon, which can be gotten to easily from any screen
