Stop iTunes Auto-Start

Hey guys,

Sorry I couldn't find this answer through Google or a call to the usually very helpful apple tech support.

Is there a way to make it so that iTunes does not open every time I plug in my iPhone?

I have the box labeled "Automatically sync when this phone is connected" unchecked. I could care less about sync. I just want iTunes to stay down when i plug my phone in.

go to itunes and check the box where it says automatically start itunes
