Stop error when trying to boot in Windows XP

When i try to boot in Windows XP i get a BSOD with the following message "STOP: c000021a {fatal system error}. The session manager initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x0000001 (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down". I get this message even when i try to get in safe mode. Any help how to fix this? Thanks
 
This is a user mode crash. Some user mode process is causing a problem in either crsss or winlogon. Mismatched dlls are a common culprit. Depending on what is causing it you can sometimes rollback then reapply a recent update or service pack to get your files level.

Another common cause is someone has removed the 'everyone' permission from system files. If this is the case you'll need to access this drive from another machine, install an OS on a different drive or somehow access the files to reset the permissions. Recovery console is not a 32bit environment so cacls won't work there. ERD Commander 2003 has a function built in to fix this problem.

What was happening before the problem appeared?
 
I think that the file csrss that was in system32 directory was deleted. I thought it was related with netsky.b virus. So if i copy it from another machine with windows XP will it be ok?
 
You left the "hey I found a virus and deleted some files" part off of your problem.

Yes, you can copy it from another machine but make sure that machine is at the same service pack level and has the same updates installed. Be sure to put a copy in dllcache as well. FYI if you still have the copy in dllcache you can just copy it over to system32
 
It seems that i am out of luck 🙁. I recovered the csrss.exe with Easyrecovery, put it in system32 directory, but the problem still exists. I chose the option "last known good configuration" but that didn't work either, propably because the option "turn off system restore" was enabled. Any other suggestions?
