stop downloading pictures in outlook

i currently have an outlook spam filter that works well. i would also like to configure it so that it does not download pictures if the email is put into the spam folder. is it possible to do this?

i want to continue to download pictures sent in legitimate messgaes.

Go to "tools/options/security" and look for Download Pictures, there is a button marked "Change Automatic Download Settings..." , click it and I'm sure you can do what you want there.
