I'm no BMW Expert Follower, but I used to think the M3 and M5 were THE Epitome of Finely Honed Craftsmanship and Technology.
Now, b/c of this dickwad guy, BMWs look like every other car out there. The performance and technology are still there...but it's like having a really, smart, intelligent woman w/a great personality inside a 400-pound behemoth of a woman that likes to dress like a farmer every day.

As per the original subject,never owned a BMW and probably never will so if you say he is a moron I am with ya and pass the petition ...:thumbsup:

Seriously though... unless you;re working for BMW in the Design team, I fail to see where venting on a forum results in any changes. I agree that the Bangle designs are nothing short of abominations, and he has ruthlessly murdered BMW's reputation for design, but again, what does an internet chat forum rant gain anyone?

The satisfaction of venting your opinion with other car-type guys.
BMW could give a shiit if you email them and say "That design sucks and here's why."
The only care if their new design doesn't sell. If enough people buy X-model, they'll continue to make it. If nobody buys X-model, they'll kill it.
The best way to hurt anyone selling anything is to vote w/your wallet.

I guess I'm the small majority that prefers to vent directly to the source of dissatisfaction, as opposed to posting an online petition...

Word of mouth is one of the best ways of getting information circulated. The internet is basically king of that now.
