Stop Chris Bangle petition

I'm no BMW Expert Follower, but I used to think the M3 and M5 were THE Epitome of Finely Honed Craftsmanship and Technology.

Now, b/c of this dickwad guy, BMWs look like every other car out there. The performance and technology are still there...but it's like having a really, smart, intelligent woman w/a great personality inside a 400-pound behemoth of a woman that likes to dress like a farmer every day. 🙁

The satisfaction of venting your opinion with other car-type guys.

BMW could give a shiit if you email them and say "That design sucks and here's why."

The only care if their new design doesn't sell. If enough people buy X-model, they'll continue to make it. If nobody buys X-model, they'll kill it.

The best way to hurt anyone selling anything is to vote w/your wallet.

If anything the other car manufacturers have copied BMW, imo.
Those rednecks in Spartanburg still build cars with a lower defect rate than their counterparts in Germany, which is why we build the Z series for the rest of the world.

Right, though this is a discussion about the car. Not the impact it has on you or society or how people's lives are affected by cars.

Ultimately any "anti" car argument can come down to "well it's just a car, it really doesn't matter", but that doesn't mean anything when you're discussing within the bounds of a topic.
