Hello,
I have windows Xp. One or more of my applications, automatically dials my ISP. How can I find out these applications, in order to stop them?

Open Internet Explorer.
Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
Click on the Connections tab.
Click the selection button/dot next to Never dial a connection.
Click OK.

That should prevent Windows from automatically dialing your ISP for any programs that try to 'randomly' access the Internet.

Thanks. I already have that. I think my win 2000 computer on my LAN is doing the dialing. Unfortunateely that radio button is greyed out on this computer. There used to be some program which told you what is dialing and where. I cant think of the name of that, if you know, please post it,
