STOP: 0x00000024 message

Here is the problem:
I restarted my comp, a few seconds after BEGINNING to load windows, it stops with this blue-screen message:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down....blahblahblahblah


Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x00000024 (0x001902FE, 0xF7C67C0, 0XF78C64BC, 0xBAFAD4E6)

*** Ntfs.sys - Address BAFAD4E6 base at BAF5C000, DateStamp 41107eea



I can rule out that this isn't my memory (I have already replaced it with reliable ram, still no go), and my video card.

I'm sure it's the hard drive, but any other ideas?

I can't goto safe mode, I can't goto recovery console, I can't use BartPE

ASROCK 775DUAL-VSTA
E6300 Core 2 Duo
Sapphire 9600pro Atlantis
Seagate 200gb
Maxtor 200gb
2.0gb DDR2 533 ram

just grab knoppix and use the beta ntfs fix
