STOP: 0x00000024 message

Here is the problem:
I restarted my comp, a few seconds after BEGINNING to load windows, it stops with this blue-screen message:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down....blahblahblahblah

I can rule out that this isn't my memory (I have already replaced it with reliable ram, still no go), and my video card.

I'm sure it's the hard drive, but any other ideas?

I can't goto safe mode, I can't goto recovery console, I can't use BartPE
