Yesterday I left school early because I was feeling like utter crap. I got home around 11:00 AM and started vomiting about twice an hour, and didn't stop until 6:00 PM last night. I basically slept all day and forced down some flat, warm soda when I could finally hold some down. Wound up sleeping on my couch until 1:00 AM or so because I was pretty naseaus and dizzy. I woke up this morning feeling pretty good, so I decided I would try a small cup of Gatorade to try and get a little rehydrated. Drank it about an hour ago and I'm not feeling too great. I still haven't been able to keep any food down.
My question is, do you think I should go to school for a half day (I already missed some of school) and atend my hardest classes, or give myself another day to recover? I'm leaving for a 10-day trip to Spain this Friday, so I'm inclined to stay home and make sure that I'm healthy before my trip. What do you think?
