I think I have this or something similar. My lower back is a little soar. I am not really hungry. I have been trying to drink liquid since I have been releasing a lot of liquid ( let's just leave it at that ). I react to food poisioning differently, so I don't think it's that. I feel sleepy and have a slight headache. I think the headache is caused from lack of liquids though. Other than that, I feel fine. :)

Sounds like you might be right. I had the stomach flu when I was a little lad and it put me in the hospital (with the signs you are describing). If you don't want to see a doctor, just try to stay off your feet and slowly sip at some water.
On the other hand, I don't remember any lower back pain. Might want to get that checked out... (kidneys are important).

I've also had food poisoning, and they are almost completely different experiences.

Edit: It might be worth mentioning that that is the only trip I have ever taken to the hospital, other than the time I had to get stitches in my head. ;)

I've had the stomach flu once. I had no back aches, but I did run a fever...had the shakes...had liquid stuff coming out of both ends.

My sister's a nurse and she recommended gatoraid, crackers and bedrest. Along with a coll shower to get your temp down.

Well you'll probably have it for a couple of days so I recommend you duct tape a porta potty to your ass.

Yup, I'd go at least 15 times a day and a couple of days sounds right. After that couple of days though you are going to be as weak as a puppy, so you have to take another day or two to have your body recoup.
