Stomach Flu?

Since this evening, I've had this tense, aching feeling in my stomach. I don't have a fever and I'm not dizzy, but I have been throwing up every now and then. Is this what we call the stomach flu?

My wife has been down with this sh!t all dammed week...finally coming out of it tonight...hopefully. (gawd, I sure hope I don't get it...I hate puking...)
