Stomach flu... how do i stop the cramps?

Is there anything out there that will stop the cramps? Man these things hurt. Its bad enough my a55 is raw.... HELP@!@!!!@@@!@!@!@!@!!@!@
 
take a sh*t, stop eating, drink fluids, then switch to jello and gatorade, then carbs, and finally after a few days, you should be able to eat proteins and meat.
 
Sit on the toilet for an hour, no joke.

Squeeze and push like you've never done before, get every last once of excrement out your body and all y'all trapped wind...

Then take a shower.

Believe me, that works, really well...

Get someone to kick you in the groin...then you won't even notice the cramps anymore!
