An American man is riding a bus in England when a hoity toity English women sits down next to him.

The American greets her by saying, "Good morning, where are you from?"

The British woman replies by saying, "I refuse to answer a question that ends in a preposition!"

To this, the American replies, "Good morning, where are you from... bitch."
