OK, I'm going over investment threads .... I'm bored. I don't understand .... don't any of you think this is a good portfolio? Seems alot of you are wasting your time and money in speculative stocks (both crap and penny stocks).

My stocks:

GD
WM
HD
TJX
PFE
JNJ
LLTC
O
BAC
TLB
IRETS <=== only thing nearly speculative (and a tiny portion at that)

A link to Yahoo so you can look them all over.

I like that Jim Kramer real money dude. Get his book. Josts of good tids on his radio show too

Get a stock in each position of the market, but not more than 5 or so. Each stock you get you should be able to get at least an hour of homework done on per week. Dont buy into your position all at once weather its going up or down. Buy half, then another half of whats left... then the rest. Same with takign stuff off of the table

His book has a couple of formulas to tell weather stocks are over valued and a million other nuggets.

2 retail bank. 3 retailers. 2 REITS. 2 Healthcare, 2 defense/areospace

Why 2 of everything? Where's consumer staples? Are you beating the index this year?
