Stock PSU question

I want to upgrade my "stock" system to a HD3870 video card and would like some advice if I need to upgrade my PSU. The system I bought a few months ago is:

Intel Quad Q6600 2.4GHZ
Intel DQ965GFEKR motherboard
2 sticks 1024MB Rendition DDR2 PC2-5300
Seagate 500GB SATA
Liteon DVDRW
ANTEC NSK4480B Case c/w EA380 Power Supply
Soundblaster Audigy2 Audio Card

Will the PSU that came with my system handle the upgraded video card or do I need to buy a better one. If I need to buy, will I have space issues in my case?

Yes, especially if you aren't overclocking your cpu.

no problem just do not over clock your PSU with that vid card!!

Thanks for your help....I am not intending to OC my PSU; so am off to find a good deal on a card now!!!
