The other Thread was getting long, so I thought I would post some stores that have them in stock. Please add to this if you find one. Thanks.

Showing stock, search SX1030, click BUY and it will figure shipping. $96.19 before S/H

Onvia showing out of stock on SX1030 and SX1030B, showing stock for SX830 at $80.47

Amazon has the SX830 "On Order, Usually Doesn't Ship In 1-2 Weeks", and the Antec Full Tower Case they offer for $103.40 pales in comparison to the SX1030.

No luck at Outpost.com They have an Antec case for 99.99, looks like the one Amazon is selling but has a 250w PS. Still no deal

Nothing at Egghead/Onsale

Buy.com has an ANTEC Store, and has the above mentioned Full Tower cases for 99.99-115.00 The 30.00 off 150.00 coupon is floating around the usual places.

I talked to a rep at Onvia a few hours ago, who said the SX1030's are coming in any time now.

Yeah, I just got mine 1030B delivered yesterday. It looks awesome, but it is pretty big. I don't care about that, it just sucks that I have to get it back up to school in a month and I drive a tiny CRX. I really like this case so far, I can't wait for my cpu to arrive so I can build my computer.

I just received mine a couple of days ago. For anyone who ordered and received the black case, is your case "stealth black" or a more dark gray?

The one shipped to me was a dark grey (could pass for black). It doesn't quite match my black peripherals.

Just wondering if there is a variation in color.

Wooohhoo!!

My christmas & B-Day present (SX1030B for Onvia) just arrived yesterday.
(Asking exactly for what you want save you from having to take back those flat panel memorex speakers).

I would say my case is more of a dark grey than a stealth black. Definitely not as black as some other parts I've seen out there, but I don't think it looks bad at all.

Hey JBlondie....onvia has them in stock...

ONVIA HAS SX830 AND SX1030 "IN STOCK" as of 1:05pm PST...

get em while you can, i'm already ordering mine!

hehe!

thanks!

UPDATE... I am waiting for CSR right now... not in stock?

i added the case to my shopping cart, and it comes up as "on order", but on the prodcut page, it shows up as In Stock.. Im waiting to talk to someone, so i'll update you guys as soon as I find out.

UPDATE... After waiting 45 MINUTES for a CSR, geez, I found out that for the SX830, they have 6 left. It will show up as On Order on the shopping cart because it's only a signal for them that they are running low.. So for those of you who want in, get in on it now!

It's an excellent case. "Best I've ever owned"? No way. Though
Antec calls it a "server case", it isn't close. Server cases--true
server cases--are better than this. But not everyone needs (or
wants) a server case. Ever tried to lift a 100 pound computer
and move it around? It's not fun.

I know server cases. I own server cases. This ain't a server case.
It's a nice spacious home PC case. DEFINITELY a cut above the average
case, and with tons of room to play around with. It'll also
accomodate oversized ATX boards like dual processor boards without
problem...

Buy one and you won't be sorry. Unless you're expecting a REAL
server case! :)

hey RDsport, let me know if you get one. Im putting my bet on NOT. Thats just my two cents. If you do get one is because my csr couldnt figure the computer out, cause I did call before you. If you are calling PST that could explain it also, they have a warehouse in cali, im on the east coast. The try not to cross ship. Good luck.

I ordered mine a while back before they went Out of Stock using a coupon. I just let the order sit so that they couldn't cancel my order for using a coupon. Found out it shipped on Friday and should be here Thursday. SX1030 for $66! Woohoo. It'll go nicely next to the SX830 I got from them a while back for $50. I will finally have the power and room for all my drives (165GB <- don't ask). :)

The only complaint I had about the SX830 is the cheap panel for the ports. That aluminum piece doesn't fit very well. I liked the Inwin cases for there panels. I hope the SX1030 is different than the SX830, but I'll probably be disappointed.

Screw this...Onvia just emailed me saying it cancelled my order on SX1030B because they were unable to determine when they would be getting stock in. I placed my order on November 30th. THis is my first experience with Onvia.com and certainly my last. What a garbaged up customer service. Damn.

Hope you guys are enjoying your cases. I have to go look elsewhere now :( Oh well. I guess I'll just spend the extra $14 and get the case for sure and not get the run around from onvia. Let me know where you guys are finding the best deal withouth the hassle and bull. Thanks.

just ordered mine from Onvia and got confirmation that it's in stock. Didn't use any coupons so that may weigh on the fact. I'll let you know in 1-2 days after I check on tracking.

Well I guess they really do have a system glitch with products in back-order that become canceled orders. I called up to see what was up after I got that email and they immediately gave me a new order and did right. Very friendly etc. I had onvia.com all wrong. Make sure you guys call though to make srue you order will go through. My SX1030B will be shipping tomorrow via USPS. Hopefully it gets here by Friday (crossing fingers).

I don't really understand or know what's going on with Onvia.com... they make me wait 45 minutes on the phone, then, it takes them forever and a day to send order status'... I ordered the 45gb Deskstar for $149, on the 7th, and it still says "processing", and I ordered the case today under the impression that I would be one of the lucky 7 that they had left, but, yet again, still says processing. They said that since the "item shows that it is "IN STOCK", then there shouldn't be a problem." But, still no word, still no signs... Boy, do I miss outpost.com at this time.

Buy.com is doing the same to me too... but, that's another story..

btw, did anyone hear the amazon.com "hold music"? rather than having elevator music, they have a stupid jingle... it's quite annoying. Sorry, I just had to vent out my frustration w/ not knowing whether or not I got this case... I can't wait.

I've never had anything but good luck with Onvia. I ordered an SX830 and love it. It arrived in only a couple of days. Best case I've ever owned. I liked it so much I'm buying another in a couple of months for my DDR rig.
