The one for Wii wasn't that great. I liked Metroid Prime. Save the 2D stuff for mobile.

It sounds like you only know about Metroid: Other M on the Wii. That's developed by Tecmo's Team Ninja and not Nintendo canon.

Even though it was included on Metroid Prime Trilogy on the Wii with the previous two GameCube games, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption was always a Wii game and was previously released as a stand-alone Wii title.
