still not working freaking bs

If tried sooooooo, many times to fix my computer, it doesn't boot properly the monitor does not respond, i hear no beeping and from what i heard from my friends step dad is my graphics card is not put in to place, so i was wondering if that could be my problem.

open it up and see if the card is misaligned and not in the slot properly.
