Still no HDR + AA in Oblivion?

I remember this being an issue when Oblivion just got released, but I never bothered with it because I couldn't run it.
So today I install it and it doesn't let me enable HDR AND AA is this how's the game designed or I need to edit something somewhere? Game is fully patched btw.

Okay, I did some searching and found a link here where the player got HDR + AA to work in Oblivion using nHancer and creating a new profile under nHancer.

Yes, I know from personal experience with works with ATI hardware. Has from day 1 I believe.

Ok thanks, I thought there would be some hidden option or something since all game includes AA in the config options these days.

I think you still can't do it on 7 series cards though. It was a hardware thing that wouldn't allow HDR and AA, but the 8 series and newer can do it. ATI's worked at the time it came out though, they had a hot patch for it but it eventually was added into the regular drivers.

This is an issue with a few games (I know FarCry had this problem), but if you enable AA through the driver control panel and then enable HDR from within the game, it will work just fine.
