Still need help changing drive!

Okay so I have to drives in my computer SSD 128gb (C and HHD 2tb (D. The SSD has the OS (windows 7) on it so you know it'll boot up fast as hell and it does so I wanna keep that there but it's also the "Local Disk" which makes it so whenever I download music/pictures/etc onto the desktop it auto goes onto the C: drive or Local Disk which is only 128gb, how do I change the Local Disk to the HDD 2tb so that the desktop and everything is saved there and not the SSD?
