Still Missing a component...

Well, I ordered my system last night. And, taking advice from many of the posts of mine, I got a few things that cost a few more dollars than what I expected, but which I deemed were well worth the price. Well, I've run into a problem. I didn't have enough money to order the monitor I wanted. So, I was wondering if anyone knew of a lost cost solution for a monitor until I can get the money to get a good one?

On any given week you can get a nice monitor from the big box stores for under $100 after rebate. One of them had a 19" for 99.95 recently.

Could you be any more vague? You don't even give a budget. Seeing as the monitor is the only part that doesn't depreciate considerably, it's really the last place you should save money, but cheaper monitors that are still decent I would recommend:

$134 + $29: ViewSonic 17" PerfectFlat E70FB (1152x864 @ 77 Hz)
$198 + $35: ViewSonic 19" PerfectFlat G90FB (1600x1200 @ 77 Hz)

AccurateIT.com has good deals on refurbs if you want something better for less.

Your monitor lasts just about forever... I would really do whatever I could to get a decent one now instead of trying to get a disposable one and replace it soon. If you're looking to replace it soon anyway, you might as well take a chance on a refurb. That place as really good feedback.
