That looks like a list made up of mostly the components that you know, made the car. For instance, 4 wheels...

I just copied the list from the dealers ad.

Not certified, warranty would be the one I buy.
No accidents, was a lease vehicle.
It is in new condition in and out.

Most people would tell you to run away, I would too from most used VWs but tbh there really isnt much to break on the 2.5 drivetrain, the engine is an old and relatively proven drivetrain, transmission is Aisin and I dont really recall any major electrical or build quality problems with the NMS Passat. (I own one)

You could probably get it cheaper, their resale value is complete shit. I got my brand new 2014 SEL TSI for 26k OTD, sticker was 32. Could have honestly done a little better too.

Hey! you forgot the "Leatherette " seat upholstery!, I can imagine that must be an ass-hibachi in the summer months. Don't forget the "4 wheel independent suspension" which has been almost standard in every FWD vehicle since the '80's. my car has all those options sans the Mp3 player. And remote start with automatic digital temperature control, power-adjustable pedals, fog-lights, fully automatic lighting system, automatic power shut-down after 15 minutes, speed-sensitive intermittent wipers, manual-mode transmission if desired with gear changes on the shifter knob, soft-dimming interior lights and a powered moon-roof, full LEATHER interior, '05 Malibu LTZ LOL...
