Still Hardware Trouble

So i asked about the AMD pinout thing, and i think thats gonna be ok. But besides that my comp wont POWER on? I went through 2 motherboards already. Im using Neo4 Platinums. I connect PSU, and fans, HD, GPU, and the case wires right where the manual says too (i tried them backwards too just to be sure) and when I hit power nothing happens, no fans, no PSU, no nothing.

Is your PSU turned on? Is it set to the correct voltage? I'd try it just using the cpu mobo and video card, just to see if it works.

This wouldn't be the first thing to try, but you could potentially have a bad switch. You can use a jumper to short the two pins of the power switch (or anything else metal for that matter) to see if the switch is bad. Does your motherboard have any led's that come on to indicate the board has power? Is it possible that the motherboard is grounded? Try getting the motherboard to power up with as few components as possible connected. I'd go with vid card, mem, and cpu for starters and if that doesn't work, you have less things to trouble shoot.->Just realized that's what Furen said, must mean it's good advice 😀

Oh yeah, the mem too... though you could probably try the mobo by itself and get some reaction. As superkdogg said, your motherboard could be grounded. Maybe you should try removing it from the case and trying it on a non-metal surface.
