still darksiders issues

got darksiders during the xmas sale. played it a while. after maybe an hour of gameplay it started stuttering and having slowdowns. steam said i has new drivers so i updated and now i get odd gfx bugs and it just crashes after ~15mins or so.

lolwut? running Radeon 5670 and latest catalyst drivers
