Still Can't fix Lockup

Spec is link below. I have everything in F.. sorry.

Symptoms: When the system has heated up due to use, and is at 100% CPU, it will lockup when 100% of the CPU is no longer being used. I do not know what the threshold of the lockup is. I can use CPU at lower temps, but once it gets to some magical plateau, it will lock once you stop using the CPU. Previously I had it running as high as 126 F and coming down stable, but recently and just now when it locked, MBM5 on the other monitor had 111 F CPU and 98 F Case. I have had the CPU as high as 154 F at one point before I introduced a lot of the cooling and had a poor thermal grip on the then stock sink. The fan on the GeF2 has a bad bearing, but video quality does not decrease before the lockup. When the system locks up, there is sometimes a beep from the system, but sometimes not. The video continues to be sent to the monitors, but keyboard and mouse do nothing. Upon reboot into BIOS, it appears that the CPU is still doing something because the temperature is still high.

A while ago I posted on this and the main response was to get more cooling. I can't see how I can add much more cooling at this point, without using water or peltier. The HSF on (which i just put on on Tuesday) is just about the biggest i can support because the power supply sits over the CPU. Even now I dont think it is moving as much air as it could be.

One thing that has continually bothered me in that the temps I seem to lock at are no where near anything considered unstable.

Something else that confounds the problem is that it has been about 95 here in NJ, and my room is godawful hot. There is pretty much nothing I can do about that.. the ventilation is just poor in the room. When it was cooler last week, I was able to run stably and the CPU temperature peaked at 113 F. I am beginning to think it is something else on the mobo or the RAM heating up too much.. but it doesn't seem to be getting hot enough in the case to do that.

Any ideas, or need any more information.. let me know, thanks.
