still a dungeon siege vsync problem

i posted a help request last week i recieved a few ideas i have tried them all from reinstalling drivers/new drivers/tweak systems/altering refresh rates yet i still have image tearing in the game when vsync is off it looks awful /when enabled it is better but i still notice the image tearing (i even used the vsync=true command but still the same problem

my sys is amdxp2000
geforce 3 ti 200
384mb ram
