Sticky Posts Aren't on Top

The stickied posts are never at the top for me here at work. But I can go to my gf's house and use her computer and they are on the top there. Anyone know why?
 
Have you got the Would you like to see the most recent Replied To topic at the top? setting on No in your personal options?

Oh man I'm easily the dumbest person on the planet. Thanks Haircut that solved it. I won't mind if everyone replies to this thread with a DUMBASS post.

The crap on the left are Advertisements. Did you know I could save 50% on Memory Foam Beds!? 😉

Sorry, ain't posting pics of my girlfriend on here. Maybe I'll post some others pics sometime, she might be in them. 🙂
