Stickers. Where to get custom stickers?

I've searched a bit and keep coming up empty handed. I'm looking for something that can be stuck on the side of the vehicle, and fairly easily removed in the future. And, except for the print on the sticker, to be clear.
I can get all the stickers I want, if the sticker is completely opaque. But haven't figured out clear stickers. Or, some sort of sticker where only the letters peel off.

I think the closest thing I can think of is the stickers a lot of dealers put on the back of vehicles advertising where the vehicle was bought. Fairly easily removed, but except for the text, doesn't cover the paint. Ability to choose custom colors is important, but monochrome.
 
Magnets aren't clear. Good idea though - vistaprint was the first place I looked.

I've always wanted custom magnets to slap on parked cars or on store shelves or gas pumps. I can't just restrict my commenting to the internets.
 
Can't help but think that something nefarious will come of this. I mean with a name like Dr Pizza it has evil mastermind written all over it.
 
First thought that came to mind is Staples as they do all sorts of various custom print work, but not sure if they do stickers, worth checking though.
