sticker on my trunk!

as title says...

It's a round sticker, about 2.5 inches in diameter and im down to the 'sticky' stuff now after applying hot water. How do I remove the sticky stuff? rubbing alcohol didnt work.

Take a hair ddryer to it then use rubbing alcohol on the remaining.

Yup, just rub/scrub lightly 'til the sticky stuff is gone and clean up right away to avoid any damage to the clearcoat.

yup, you can BARELY see the sticky stuff now, so I will get some goo gone on there . thanks for the helpful advice ATOT!

Try WD-40 also. It makes an excellent "cleaner" for many otherwise difficult to clean oils, adhesives, and powders. Then use a normal soap to clean the WD-40 residue.

Clear packing tape is the best sticker remover. I use it for whenever I open game, movie, music cases to get rid of the damn stickers.

straight orange oil should be enough to remove the adhesive without damaging the paint.
