Well i can say that the p4c with ic7 is pretty freaking fast, i couldnt play battlefield 1942 and run prime95 torture test at the same time before......
 
Have you tried O/C'ing your 2100+??? I have mine running at 2.25 GHz which is equivalent to a 2800+... You seem to have the right board and memory for it, if your CPU is up to it... I would save your money for a more significant upgrade than that, for the amount of money you would wind up spending..
