Steven Chow made a Category III film?

I got an email from HKFlix about a clearance sale of HK DVDs. I'm looking at the list to see if there is anything good in it to buy for my mom. I like Steven Chow -- he's a comedian who made movies like "Shaolin Soccer" and stuff. Probably the biggest movie star in HK from what I understand. Well, anyways, I look at his film "Flirting Scholar" to see what it's about and it has a warning that it is for mature audiences only and lists it as Category III (which is HK's soft porn or something rating).

I can't believe this is true -- it must be a mistake right? Anyways, one of my fears in life is that I accidently buy porn for my mom so I want to make sure all the stuff I'm buying is family-OK, if you know what I mean.

"Flirting Scholar" is the best movie from Steven Chow ever, but you will need to know Cantonese to get the jokes.
