I think he would play even better if his hair was shorter ;)

Anyway, what a great matchup between these 2 teams, Kings and Mavs.

Any predictions?

I say Mavs in 7.

Whoever wins this series won't do it before 6 games. It's gonna be a lot of fun to watch, that's for sure. Kings in 7 for me! I just wish the Sac fans would leave those annoying cow bells at home...

Mavs asked the refs to quiet the cow bells on the first row behind their bench because they were hurting the players ears. Yeah it must be chaos in that building :)

i hope the mavs win. i think even tho the kings have the best record in the nba... i still feel they are overrated. especially webber. i like that white small forward guy (stoy-jok-o-vic) and doug christie tho.

im rootin for the Mavs, since they are the only team that has a prayer at taking down the Lakers.

the kings tend to disappear more frequently in the playoffs so i would guess the mavs have a better chance of knocking off the lakers with all their shooters...they gonna beat the kings anyways...

nash should cut his hair so he doesnt have to keep putting his spit in it...naaasty...

Man that was disappointing...Mavs apparently left their A-game back in Dallas :( Still have 6 more games though. Gotta give that weird-name guy some props for shutting down Dirk.

Peja was awesome on Dirk.
If the King's keep up with the low post play they will win.
Dirk and Raef both are jump shooters at heart, and they don't like to defend the low post.
If Webber does not get 4 offensive fouls and foul out of the game the King's win by even more.
This is a a great series.
From what I have read Sac. is the underdog, but I cannot see a distinct advantage on one team or the other.
They matchup very well talent wise....
The only advantage I can see in the series is the bench of Sac.
Dallas has Van Exel but that is about it for impact players.
Sac. has Jackson, Hedo, and Pollard.
I say King's in 6.

If Dallas actually shoots well I think they'll beat the Kings....they shot poorly....like in the 1st qtr they had a 6/23 shots made....but only down by about 2. THey were in the game until the 4th when it finally caught up to them. Then again the Kings shot poorly too....it'll be a great matchup if both teams are on-fire....just non stop scoring

The Kings are MUCH better than the Mavs. Mavs have no answer for Vlade, Webber, Stojakivic, etc. The Kings are 50 times better than last year. The Kings were better off playing 4 on 5 than having Jason Williams at point gaurd. Bibby is fundamentally sound and he knows what matchups to exploit. The Kings made the Mavs look tired in the 2nd half.

There is no way the Mavs win in Sacto. Sacto in 5. All you Texans are thinking with your hearts, not your heads. Also, for the guy who says the Mavs have a better chance of beating the Lakers than the Kings, look at the mavs record against the Lakers. They've won 4 out of the last 46 games.

mavs have no way to beat the lakers in a best of 7 games. mavs thrive on the perimeter game and obviously you either live by it or die by it. i am very doubtful that they can have enough good shooting days to take out the lakers. today's game was a prime example when you have a bad day.

as for kings, they also live a bit off of the perimeter game with a little inside presence from webber and divac. but can those two really handle shaq? all in all, neither the mavs nor the kings can play consistently enough to win 4 out of 7 with the lakers.

There is a reason the Lakers are a 3 to 2 favorite to win. However, the Kings have a great homecourt edge though, and if they can get the Lakers into a running game, Shaq will be nullified. I was impressed with Vlade's conditioning today. Weber has always killed the Lakers. The Kings need to get the series to a 7th game, then they have a decent chance of winning it at home.

The Mavs are a very young team. They'll be good in a few years, but they need more playoff experience. I think having Van Exel hurts them more than it helps them though.

you're giving the kings a lot of credit. they had a tough time with jazz (ugh). just like lakers have no answer for webber, kings dont have an answer for shaq AND kobe. vlade will probably get into foul trouble again, throw a fit, and whine. the perimeter players (stoj., turk, etc) are not consistent enough to win a 7 game series against lakers (one of the best, if not the best, defensive team).

Really? That's why the Mavs won the regular season series 3 to 1? If you say "thats bull $hit" then so is the Mavs record vs the Lakers. They had a bad game and you make The Kings out to be gods. Please
