Sterling Cooling engines

I had a interesting idea for cooling a case. I saw a engine that was able to run off of heat diffrences, I was woundering if it would be posible to put that in the case and set it ontop of a peice of ice (or in a water cooling system, over the radiator). This engine could run if it was hot or cold on the bottem.
