How? one meal a day. Meal was usually fish and rice and gum for desert.

Ok, so you starved yourself. What are you going to do when you have to actually eat again and you gain the weight?

I havnt read the thread yet but i did look at the before/after shots. What a difference :Q

Wow. Some of those are pretty amazing, and definetly inspiring.

I also love what the guy who started the thread posted as motivation for losing weight: "I found out women don't like men with bigger boobs than them"

Did you read further into that thread? The guy is a fraud. I particularly like this quote from another forum member:

So, the only response you can muster is the photo was 'cropped and highlighted'.

That doesn't mean putting abs in.

That doesn't mean putting in serratus anterior muscles.

That doesn't mean adding 20lbs of muscle to your body.

That doesn't mean adding a tan.

On top of that you just copy and paste the same shithouse response whenever someone attacks you and then remain silent, hoping people will think you're above 'dealing with h8ers', when in actuality you're probably crying because your days of big pimpin and leading on decent people are over.

No. Everyone else, stop coming to the defense of this cockroach. Models get digitally highlighted. They do not give thousands of overweight people false hope with statements such as 'find out what I did to get my abs to pop'. Again, does 'cropping and highlighting' include flat out lying to people? Why did you put abs in? Why did you add muscle to your body? Why did you edit out loose skin and tell people you didn't have any in the first place? Why did you give thousands of people false hope for cut abs and a tight midsection?

I want you to quote this post and answer each and every one of my questions. DO NOT use some bullshit about touching up your photo's, or some pre-prepared response that you throw at anyone who doubts you. If you remain silent and do not adress me, I will know for a fact you cannot back yourself up and cannot admit to your 'fans' that you are a lying sub-human weasal. Then I want you to stop giving people false hope, and stop stealing money from good-hearted people trying to get in shape. Then I want you to take your thread down and get off this site. Then I want you to stop annoying girls at bars so you can boast about picking up on the internet. There are countless people who have made better transformations than you. You are nothing special. The fact you felt the need to make yourself out to be something you're not just cements my point. I would bet money on you not replying to me and hoping we shut up so you can continue with your pathetic course of action.

The ownage in that thread is monumental. The guy was photochopping himself, lol. Takes a long time to plow through the hundreds of personal attacks in that thread, but it's worth it. He pulled off the ruse for 2 years, had himself advertised and promoted by bb.com, he established his own website and community ala John Stone, and it all blew up earlier this month. And they even caught him plagarizing articles he wrote for bb.com. Here's a wiki that sums it up.

Sorry to hijack  Good luck Stephen. Just don't do anything that'll get you busted like Louis Dorman

A quote from one of the posters in the thread that pretty much sums it up:

"You lost weight eating nothing but protein 6 times a day. Big deal. Loosing weight ISN'T HARD. GAINING Muscle, while staying lean (around8-10% body fat) IS (if done naturally)."

How pathetic, and sad. He did lose all the weight from his uber-fat days,... but that chieseled body of his was all photoshopped. And the people from the thread were worshipping him like a god.

He DID lose almost 100 pounds. But it is almost impossible for someone who went from 260 to 165ish to have that kind of abs, without a lot of reconstructive surgery to get rid of the extra skin, and the non-photoshopped pic shows that.

Exercise has been sporatic since coming back up to school. Already gained 2 pounds from it, need to start being consistent again.

Good luck! Losing weight is incredibly simple if you are both honest about what it takes to lose weight (exercise and/or less calories) and you have the will power to stick to it. It's a simple concept.

See, that isn't going to work. No more excuses. I know a guy with a full time job and the equivalent of full time in school and yet continues to exercise more than most people. I have a full time job, a family, and train 10 hours/week. If you are not going to stick to it, you will reap the rewards of indolence and continue to be fat, it's that simple. You need to priortize properly.

Yeah man college is rough I did the same thing in gaining about 40 over 2 years at college getting me up to 220 (i'm 6'1'') but that summer I went on the subway diet and biked like a mad man and got down to 180 (probably a not very healthy weightloss since it was such an abrupt change in lifestyle) but I definitely feel better without all that extra weight. i've since equilibrated to about 190-195 and feel pretty decent about it but I'm now starting another transition into the fit lifestyle hoping to drop down to 170 gradually. WE'll see what happens! Keep it up Stephen!
