I have a friend in the 101 Airborne who was in Iraq who came back over the summer. Not sure where hes stationed right now though. He did get a purple heart though from taking shrapnel from an Improvised Explosive Device.

ive known a few guys over there, but it was earlier this year, as far as i know theyre all home now.
lucky bastard though, to take 3 and come out alive....too bad so many others arent so lucky :/
